15 g Extra Light Olive Oil
700 grams Tomatoes
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 can Beans

Recipe Directions for Tomato and mixed bean soup

  1. 1. Cook onion and garlic until soft.

  2. 2. Add tomatoes (diced) and carrot (diced). Cook until carrots are soft.

  3. 3. Process mixture. Add beans. Cook for a few minutes till warm.
