Recipe Ingredients for Tomato and mint sambal

1 tsp Cumin Seed
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
5 grams Mint
0.5 lime yields Lime Juice
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Tomato and mint sambal

  1. cook seeds in a small dry saucepan, stirring until fragrant.

  2. Combine tomato with seeds and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.

  3. Serve immediately.
