Kind of a chilly-stew concotion. Taste better than it looks.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato-less Chilli

1 pound ground beef
3 cups spinach
1 potato
10 oz black beans
1/2 cup rice
1 tbs mustard
1 tbs hot sauce
1/4 cup wine
2 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tsp salt
2 tbs garlic
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbs maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Tomato-less Chilli

  1. Brown Ground beef, with diced potato, with some water, wine, vinegar, garlic, salt, nutmeg, and allspice. Let cook and brown meat.

  2. Add spinach and mix.

  3. Add mustard, hotsauce and everything else but the beans.. and let cook together for about 15 minutes.

  4. Then put in a large bowl .. add beans.. and done.

  5. And add bacon bits
