Recipe Ingredients for Tomato and lentil soup

3 large Onions
470 grams Tomato Products
47 grams Red Lentils
1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Wine, Table, White
1 1tsp Olive Oil
70 grams Lentils

Recipe Directions for Tomato and lentil soup

Have the borwn lentils already boiled and frozen in small batches. Putt the tomato suace stuff, plus the wine and some water into a pressure cooker with the red lentils. Cook for about 15 mins. Chop the onions and cook very slowly in bout 1 tsp of olive oil and a little water until caramalised and soft (about an hour is good) Open your pressure cooker, add the onions and the borwn lentils plus what ever herbs you want and maybe more stock. Serve with noew bread and a wee bit of cheese
