RAW/VEGAN - Homemade and Dehydrated Flat bread or pizza crust!

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato and Herb Flatbread

1 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1/2 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
2 serving Liquid Aminos
1 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
6 tbsp Flax Meal

Recipe Directions for Tomato and Herb Flatbread

Throw everything in a blender except sunflower seeds and blend until well mixed. Add sunflower seeds and blend until almost fully incorporated (a little chunky, not creamed). Put on dehydrator sheet and dehydrate at 115 degrees for 6 hours. Flip and continue to dehydrate until desired crispness is obtained (addnt'l 8 hours).
