Recipe Ingredients for Tomato green beans

3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
450 grams Beans, Snap, Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 []
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tomato green beans

Remove the strings from the sides of the green beans and break them in 2 inch pieces. Dice the tomatoes and onion. Saute the onions in the olive oil and then add the tomatoes and the beans. Close the lid and cook for about 5 minutes and then add the water. Let it cook with a close lid 30 min. more and crack the egg in then stir until egg is cooked
