Pasta with creamy goat cheese tomato sauce and chicken sausage.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Goat Cheese Pasta

1 cup Spaghetti
1 oz. goat cheese
8 oz. crushed tomatoes
1 Oregano to taste
1 Basil to taste
1 link Sun-dried Tomato & Basil - Sonoma Brand
1/8 cup mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Tomato Goat Cheese Pasta

  1. Prepare pasta according to instructions (do not add salt to water).

  2. Combine goat cheese and crushed tomatoes, simmer over low heat until warm. Stir in basil and oregano.

  3. Microwave chicken sausage, chop into large chunks and add to sauce.

  4. Simmer 5 additional minutes.

  5. Serve sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with mozzarella and microwave until melted.
