Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Garlic Chicken with Bow Tie Pasta

1/2 lb whole wheat bow tie pasta
1/2 lb chicken breast
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup spaghetti/marinara sauce
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tomato Garlic Chicken with Bow Tie Pasta

  1. Cube chicken breast.

  2. Cook pasta.

  3. In a pan, heat olive oil.

  4. Add chicken and cook til completely cooked.

  5. Add the garlic.

  6. Drain the pasta and add to the chicken and garlic.

  7. Add marinara sauce and cook until warm.

  8. Plate up and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and serve!
