Light, easy, delicious, nutritious and low in sodium. Great way to eat a tomato and makes your house smell like someone spent alot of time on a complicated pasta sauce or the like. Speaking of which if you cook down the tomato long enough this is a great no-sodium sauce for pasta as well.
