Recipe Ingredients for Tomato & Feta

0.25 Medium Tomatoes
0.1 cup Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled
1 muffin English Muffin

Recipe Directions for Tomato & Feta

  1. set oven to broil at 450.

  2. Slice tomato.

  3. Place muffin on baking pan (flat side down).

  4. put slice(s) of tomato, as many as you wish, on one side of muffin, place crumbles of feta on the other muffin.

  5. set in oven for a few minutes, but make sure you keep an eye on it.

  6. then congrats. a simply, easy, nutritious breakfast!
