Cheesy omlette with milk covering chunks of tomato ( need to need a bit more cheese though)

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato egg Omlette

1/2 teaspoon margarine
1 egg
1/3 tomato
1 tbsp cheese
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp of pepper

Recipe Directions for Tomato egg Omlette

  1. Pan fry bacon and use the fatty oil from it to cook the omlette

  2. Slice tomato into chunks, set aside

  3. Whisk together an egg and add milk, cheesy and pepper

  4. Roughly saute the tomato chunks, set aside

  5. Pour egg mixture, follow by tomatos (put them on one side of the omettle)

  6. Gently fold the other side on top of the tomatos

  7. Serve
