1 cup tomatoes, diced (fresh or canned)
6 ounce orzo, 1 cup dry/cooked & drained
2 .25-ounce) can ripe olives, black sliced
1/4 cup dill, fresh chopped
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Recipe Directions for Tomato Dill Orzo

  1. In medium saucepan, cook tomatoes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.

  2. Add orzo and dill; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes longer.

  3. Stir in lemon juice and pepper; heat 1 minute, until flavors are blended.
