Recipe Ingredients for Tomato & Cucumber Salsa

1 (140g) tomato, diced
1 (150g) cucumber, diced
1 (15g) bell pepper, diced
1 (50g) onion, diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Recipe Directions for Tomato & Cucumber Salsa

Mix all ingredients together. Okay to use red or green pepper (very finely chopped!). Fresh herbs are best. Add salt and pepper to taste. Quick, fresh, low-cal, and easy!
