Tomato-Cucumber Salad - Greek Style

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato-Cucumber Salad

2 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 medium Cucumber, Peeled
2 tbsp Crumbled Goat's Milk Feta Cheese
2 serving olive oil 1 tbsp
4 teaspoon Juice
2 tbsp Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Tomato-Cucumber Salad

Combine tomatoes, cucumber, feta and basil. Gently toss together. In separate bowl, whisk lemon juice, olive, salt and pepper. Drizzle vinagrette over the salad and toss to coat. Serves 6 to 8 as a side.
