This is a marinated salad served cold with or without italian bread. Can also be used to garnish any undressed salad mix

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato and cucumber salad

2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber, Peeled
1 serving Basso Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tomato and cucumber salad

  1. peel and chop the cucumber and onion.

  2. dice the tomatoes.

  3. place in bowl and mix.

  4. Add seasoning and olive oil

  5. Mix again to make sure all the veggies are coated with seasoning.

  6. Add the wine vinegar and mix again.

  7. cover and chill in refrigerator for at least an hour. Stir occasionally

  8. Serve cold. Season with salt & pepper to taste
