1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced small
3 plum tomatoes, diced small
1 tsp garlic, minced
3 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 freshly ground black pepper
