Recipe Ingredients for tomato cream cheese pasta

75 grams Cream Cheese Original
4 medium Mushrooms
60 grams Aubergine
200 grams Tomatoes
1 serving Vegetable Stock
1 Cube Stock Cubes
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
6 grams Oregano
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 small Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for tomato cream cheese pasta

  1. sautee the onions in the oil. then add the tomatos and aubergines. cook for approx 5 mins and add the other veg, simmer until cooked adding the stock cubes, spices and herbs.

  2. cook the pasta seperatley

  3. add the cream cheese to the sauce, stir well add the pasta and serve
