Recipe Ingredients for Tomato, Cous Cous, and Chick Pea Salad

1 cup, dry, yields Couscous, Cooked
16 oz Garbanzo Beans
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 serving Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tomato, Cous Cous, and Chick Pea Salad

  1. Boil 1.5 C water

  2. Remove water from heat, stir in Cous Cous, Oil and desired spices. Cover and let sit 5 minutes.

  3. Fluff with fork, stir in Garbanzo Beans and chopped Tomatoes.
