2 tbsp Parsley
1 Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Tomato, Cous Cous, Chick Pea Salad

Boil 1.5C water, add uncooked couscous, parsley and let sit covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork, stir in other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
