A really simple spicy tomato soup :)

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato & Chili soup

400 g Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
1 tsp olive oil
1 onion
1 stalk celery
1 tsp sea salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp chili flakes

Recipe Directions for Tomato & Chili soup

  1. Blitz/finely chop the onion and garlic and sweat with the chili flakes and olive oil until translucent.

  2. Add the tomato puree and can of tomatoes and fill the can 1 and a half times with water and add to the soup.

  3. Simmer for about an hour and add enough salt to taste.

  4. Blend and serve with the fresh basil
