Recipe Ingredients for Tomato and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

2 oz Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Flourless Low Sodium Bread
1 plum tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 oz Mozzarella Fresh Cheese
0.33 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Tomato and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Heat a large skillet, lightly coat both sides of bread with olive oil, if you have an oil sprayer this works the best. Lower the heat under the skillet to med-low, toast in skillet. Slice plum tomato lengthwise and set aside, slice the fresh mozarella as thinly as possible. When bread is toasted on one side, flip & add cheese to one slice of the bread and allow the heat to soften/melt the cheese while second side toasts. When toast is browned to your liking, add tomato, top with second slice of bread, cut as desired to serve.
