Recipe Ingredients for Tomato-Cheddar Stuffed Turkey Burgers

4 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
1 tomato
2 cloves garlic
12 ounces ground turkey
1/4 cup white wine
2 ounces ricotta cheese
4 rolls

Recipe Directions for Tomato-Cheddar Stuffed Turkey Burgers

Sautee the onions and tomato in two tablespoons of the oil. Divide vegetables between two bowls. Mix half the vegetables with ground turkey. Form the turkey mixture into four balls. Make a hole in each ball with your thumb. Insert one fourth of the cheese into each ball. Pinch the holes closed. Press the balls into patties. Sear each side of the patties for 30 seconds in the rest of the oil. Turn the heat down to medium low and cook for 10 more minutes, turning in the middle.
