Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Cheddar Macaroni Casserole

1 pound elbow macaroni
2 cans tomato soup
1 cup tomato juice
2 c low fat cheddar cheese
1 pound ground turkey

Recipe Directions for Tomato Cheddar Macaroni Casserole

  1. Cook macaroni al denti. Drain. Return to pan.

  2. Cook ground turkey

  3. Spray a 13x9 casserole pan with Pam

  4. Add turkey, tomato soup, tomato juice and 1 c cheese to macaroni. Mix well.

  5. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining cheese.

  6. Bake at 350 for approx 30 mins or until cheese is melted and begins to brown.
