3 cups Bisquick
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 eggs
14 diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup skimmed milk

Recipe Directions for Tomato & Cheddar Bread

  1. Combine Bisquick mix and shredded cheddar cheese. Create a well in center of mixture.

  2. Add lightly beaten eggs, tomatoes, and milk to well.

  3. Stire just until the dry ingredients are moistened.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

  5. Cool for 5 minutes on wire rack.

  6. Serve warm.
