Tasty Tomato Casserole that is nice and easy when you have an abundance of tomoatoes in your garden

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Casserole

6 medium raw Tomato Roma
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
3 cloves(9 g) Garlic
0.5 serving Extra Light Olive Oil
3 tbsps Croutons Italian
2 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Tomato Casserole

  1. Remove Skin from Tomatoes and quarter them.

  2. Combine Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Onions, Garlic and Green Peppers in a bowl.

  3. Cover and store in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes.

  4. Remove from fridge and add croutons and stir

  5. Place in a baking dishn lightly sprayed with Pam and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture.

  6. Bake at 425 degrees until misture is bubbly and cheese is melted and starting to brown.
