2 ciabatta roll
1 Tomato
2 1/2 oz Buffalo mozzarella
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinager

Recipe Directions for Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella sandwich

  1. Slice bread

  2. Add oil and vinager to bread

  3. broil bread for 1 minute

  4. add sliced tomato and cheese

  5. make into a sandwich
