Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Bruschetta

2 4/5 oz Italian bread
1/2 cup tomato
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp basil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Tomato Bruschetta

  1. preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. arrange 12 tthin baguette slices on baking sheet

  3. bake at 425 degrees for 6 minutes or until toasted

  4. rub toasts with cut sides of halved garlic clove

  5. combine 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato,2 tsp chopped fresh basil, 1.5 tsp extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tsp ballsamic vinegar and 1/8 tsp salt; top toasts evenly with tomato mixture
