2 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 tablespoon Oregano
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
1 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 serving Bell Pepper Flakes
1 baguette Baguette

Recipe Directions for tomato bruschetta

  1. ingredients:

  2. -2 cups fresh tomatoes, minced, seeded, and drained

  3. - 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  4. - 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  5. - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  6. - splash or two of balsamic vinegar

  7. - salt and pepper to taste

  8. - pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

  9. Mix all ingredients, let rest for at least one hour.

  10. Strain excess liquid before spooning onto toasted baguette slices
