Tomato Brie Basil Sandwich is a luscious sandwich recipe using fresh summer tomatoes, basil leaves, toasted ciabatta bread, and melted brie cheese. Yum.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Brie Basil Sandwich

2 slices Nature's own 100% whole wheat
1/2 tablespoons butter
1 oz mozzarella, part skim milk cheese
1 red ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/3" slices
3 fresh basil leaves

Recipe Directions for Tomato Brie Basil Sandwich

Spread butter on cut sides of ciabatta bread. Toast in toaster oven until butter melts and starts to sizzle. Arrange cheese slices on top half of bread; toast until brie melts. Make sandwiches with basil leaves, tomato slices, and bread. Put sandwich together, then cut into 3" segments. Press down lightly with your hand and serve immediately. Serves 6
