3 large tomatoes
1 medium cucumber
1/2 large sweet onion
1 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
