Recipe Ingredients for tomato, black bean, tofu

81 grams of tofu
1 cup of can black beans
1 small tomato
1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
1/3 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 tsp of canola oil
1/3 cup of diced onion
1 tsp of red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for tomato, black bean, tofu

stir fry all together! Serve with pita bread or tortilla. Can be eaten as a quesadilla with cheese! Add any seasoning in order to kick it up a notch!
