Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Bisque Soup

12 tomatoes, medium
1 T. cornstarch
8 oz. milk, evaporated
1 T. Salt

Recipe Directions for Tomato Bisque Soup

  1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Carefully add cleaned tomatoes, whole for about 5 minutes or until jackets peel away.

  2. Remove and allow to cool, then remove skin and core.

  3. Mash into a chunky puree

  4. Place chunky mixture into a clean pot and cook until bubbly. Add skimmed milk, salt, and pepper.

  5. Add no calorie sweetener to taste.
