Tomato, Bean, Lentil and Rice Soup- 2 cups per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato, Bean, Lentil and Rice Soup

1 1/2 cup water
8 oz lentils
15 oz (Bush's) black beans
29 oz (Hunt's) diced tomatoes
16 oz (Bush's) Pinto Beans
32 oz chicken broth
1 cup (Texmati) long grain rice
8 baby carrots
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 yellow onion
2 sweet pepper
3 tbsp hot sauce
4 tbsp cilantro leaves
4 tbsp thyme
3 tbsp ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Tomato, Bean, Lentil and Rice Soup

  1. 1) soak lentils in warm water for 2 hours

  2. 2) add other ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes
