Recipe Ingredients for Tomato-Basil Squares

10 ounces pizza crust, refrigerated
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp basil leaves, fresh snipped
2/3 cup light mayonaise
1 garlic clove
4 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

Recipe Directions for Tomato-Basil Squares

  1. preheat oven to 375. lightly flour dough roll out to fit 12x15 rectangle pan to within 1 in of edge. sprinkle crust with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

  2. Combine: grated parmesan cheese, basil, rest of mozzarella cheese, and mayo in a bowl. then press garlic in to mixture. thinly slice tomato and arrange in a single layer over mozzarella cheese on crust. spread mixture over tomotoes evenly.

  3. Bake 15-20 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly. serve warm. cut into 20 squares. enjoy.
