Easy, healthy, creamy tomato basil soup

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Basil Soup

2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup Tomatoes Diced Fire Roasted
2 carrots
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
1/4 cup basil, dried
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Tomato Basil Soup

Saute onions, carrots and garlic. Add tomatoes and chicken broth and basil. Simmer for 30 minutes, covered. Use immersion blender. Add milk and cheese to desired creaminess.
