2 plum tomatoes
8 fresh basil leaves
1/2 oz. goat cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil

  1. place pita breads on ungreased baking sheet.

  2. layer with tomatoes, basil & cheese; drizzle with oil.

  3. Bake at 350* for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is melted.
