Tomato-Basil Lasagna with Prosciutto

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato-Basil Lasagna with Prosciutto

3 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Cheese
2 oz Cream Cheese
1 oz Romano Cheese
2.5 tbsp Basil, Fresh
1 medium Egg, Whole
500 grams Trader Joe's Roasted Garlic Marinara
28 g Prosciutto
2 oz America's Choice Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
0.33 pkg Lasagna

Recipe Directions for Tomato-Basil Lasagna with Prosciutto

  1. Mince garlic and put in Food Processor. Add Ricotta and process until smooth.

  2. Add Cream Cheese, 1/2 Romano, Red Pepper, Basil and Egg.

  3. Process until smooth.

  4. Spray cooking spray on pan.

  5. Layer Tomato sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, prosciutto.

  6. End with noodles, top with sauce, Mozzarella and remaining Romano.

  7. Bake covered at 375 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
