Oven baked fish in a tomato-basil sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato-Basil Fish stew

14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
10 oz trout fillets
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz mushrooms
1/4 cup red onions

Recipe Directions for Tomato-Basil Fish stew

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Drain tomato liquid into a 13x9 baking dish.

  3. Arrange fish fillets in dish.

  4. Pour wine over the fillets.

  5. Arrange chopped onions and mushrooms in sauce.

  6. Sprinkle basil, pepper, parmesan, and garlic & herb seasoning over the dish.

  7. Cover with foil.

  8. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
