Tomato, Basil & Chilli sauce with Tagliatelle

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato, Basil & Chilli sauce with Tagliatelle

12 1/2 oz pasta
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp basil
14 oz tomatoes, chopped
1 black pepper, to taste
3 tbsp pasta sauce
80 g cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Tomato, Basil & Chilli sauce with Tagliatelle

  1. Fry onions in oil for 2-3 minutes

  2. Add peppers, garlic, black pepper & basil

  3. Add tomatoes, and pasta sauce

  4. Cook pasta as required

  5. Serve.

  6. Use cheese to garnish
