1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp olive oil
2 tortillas
1 roma tomato
2 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp salsa

Recipe Directions for Tomato Basil Breakfast Wraps

Whisk eggs and cook in pan with 1 tsp olive oil. Add cheese. Warm the tortillas and fill with egg mixture. Top each with tomato, basil and salsa.
