Recipe Ingredients for tomato basil breakfast burrito

4 whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup eggs
1/2 cup egg whites
1 cup hash browns
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 large tomato, finely chopped
1 tblsp basil
1/2 cup reduced fat mozzarella

Recipe Directions for tomato basil breakfast burrito

  1. add hash browns and onions to pan and cook 8-10 minutes or until golden brown

  2. add eggs and egg whites, stir and cook until done

  3. mixture onto tortillas and top with tomato, basil, and cheese
