Recipe Ingredients for Tomato & Avocado Salsa

2 large tomato, diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
28 grams jalapeno, minced (2 peppers)
4 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 pinch of cayenne, if desired

Recipe Directions for Tomato & Avocado Salsa

Combine tomato, onion, jalapeno, lime juice to taste, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in avocado and cilantro. Add cayenne (if using).
