Recipe Ingredients for Tomato and Avocado Salsa

15 oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
15 oz. diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, stemmed and cleaned
1/2 small avocado

Recipe Directions for Tomato and Avocado Salsa

  1. Put all ingredients except drained tomatoes and avocado into food processor.

  2. Blend until ingredients are nicely incorporated. Add more salt or garlic to taste.

  3. Empty blended contents into a bowl.

  4. Add avocado and drained tomatoes to blended ingredients.

  5. Toss gently and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
