Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Avocado Salad

1 cup, chopped Kale
2 cup, shredded Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
10 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Radishes
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1 fl oz Water
0.5 tsp Cumin
1 serving jalepeno powder
0.5 tsp Chili Powder
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados

Recipe Directions for Tomato Avocado Salad

  1. Chop greens.

  2. Remove stems/pits/seeds from tomato, pepper, avocado and radishes.

  3. Quarter the radishes and slice the remaining vegetables.

  4. In a small bowl, combine liquids and spices. Mix well.

  5. Toss dressing with tomato/radish/pepper/avocado mixture (I added the avocado last to prevent it from getting smashed up).

  6. Top greens with the tomato avocado mixture.

  7. Enjoy!
