2 Tomatoes, sliced thinly
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced thinly
1/3 c. fresh mint, shredded
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Recipe Directions for Tomato avocado salad

  1. slice tomatoes and layer with avocado on plates.

  2. sprinkle with mint (or cilantro). Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.

  3. Serve.
