Recipe Ingredients for tomato arugula salad

1 1/2 lbs ripe tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups baby arugula
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp pepper
2 oz goat cheese

Recipe Directions for tomato arugula salad

  1. Toss tomatoes and salt in large bowl then transfer to baking sheet lined with paper towels. Let drain 15 minutes

  2. Return deained tomatow\es to large bowl and toss with remaining ingredients except cheese. Spinkled with crumbled cheese and serve.
