Recipe Ingredients for Tomahawk Mill Pork

16 oz fresh pork tenderloin
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce, reduced sodium
1 tbsp mustard
1 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/4 cup rice vinegar
3/4 tsp dried parsley flakes
2 fl oz lemon juice
1/8 cup apple wine

Recipe Directions for Tomahawk Mill Pork

  1. Cut pork into four equal peices.

  2. Mix everything else.

  3. You can double everything else but the pork if you wish.

  4. Marinate for 24 hours at least.

  5. Grill.
