Great soup recipie...especially when you have a cold!

Recipe Ingredients for Tom Yum Soup

30 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes
4 tbs Tom Yum Paste
1 cup Broccoli
3 carrots
1 cup corn
1 Onion
2 Squash
16 oz Bean Sprouts

Recipe Directions for Tom Yum Soup

  1. Add tomatodes and 4 cups of water

  2. Bring to boil

  3. Add vegetables in the order listed

  4. Simmer

  5. Other vegetables can be added as can chicken broth instead of water. This dish is typically made with shrimp but chicken is commonly substituted. I perfer just vegetables.
