Warm and spicy low calorie soup. Very easy and quick to make with authentic flavour. You can use any stir fry vegetable mix and add prawns or cooked chicken breast strips for variety.

Recipe Ingredients for Tom Yum soup

10 g olive oil
200 g bean sprouts
50 g carrots
50 g red pepper
100 g cabbage
100 g onion
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp sambal oelek
15 g garlic

Recipe Directions for Tom Yum soup

  1. heat curry paste in water

  2. Add bean sprouts

  3. Stir fry quickly

  4. Simmer gently for 5 minutes

  5. Add prawns or chicken if desired and just before serving.
