Recipe Ingredients for Tom & Jerry Batter

1/2 lbs powdered sugar
2 tbs butter
2 eggs
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Tom & Jerry Batter

  1. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks.

  2. Beat egg yolks to soft peaks.

  3. Beat sugar and butter until fluffy.

  4. Combine butter mixture & vanilla to egg whites. Add spices. Add egg yolks. Beat until well mixed. Will refrigerate or freeze for several weeks.

  5. To make heat cup of water, add 2 shots rum, add 2+ tbs Tom and Jerry batter to taste.
